We value our word, and will not make a mockery of it. When we make a firm commitment we will do all that is humanly possible to ensure its fulfillment. Because of this pledge we will not enter into commitments lightly, but rather will do so with the full knowledge that failing to fulfill the commitment will be in direct conflict with this statement of belief. If circumstances make it impossible to keep a commitment, we will immediately notify the affected people, and give them an honest explanation of why.
